Due to the nature of our products, Lou Luxe does not offer refunds nor cancellations. Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to notify us of any adjustments to your order. Please check before placing your order as all sales are final.
Exchanges are not permitted as your order is a custom-made to order, which means we source our hair to complete your order. All orders are custom made and undergo processing before shipment.
