Shipping policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed. Orders may take approximately 14-21 business days or sooner, excluding weekends, from the time of order to ship. In-stock items may have a shorter processing time, prior to shipment. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

We highly recommend that you do not make an appointment with your hairstylist until your order has been shipped and you are in receipt of your ordered items. Lou Luxe is not responsible for any hair appointment cancellations. We ask that you plan accordingly when placing your order, as all sales are final. We cannot expedite order processing. All sales are made to order and non-refundable. All orders placed over weekends/federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
